Selection Process: ONGC Recruitment 2025
- Candidates will be required to appear for Computer Based test (objective type) comprising of four sections- general awareness, concerned subjects, English language and aptitude test. And the total duration of exam will be 2 hours.
- CBT score will be considered by ONGC for shortlisting the candidates in 1:5 ratio for further selection process of personal interview as per the criteria decided by the management. While short listing the ratio of 1:5 in the respective categories, in case multiple candidates secure minimum cut off mark all of them will also be shortlisted in relaxation of the specified ratio.
- The shortlisted candidates will go through a group discussion.
- The final selection of the candidates will be based on the parameters- CBT score and performance in the personal interview.

How To Apply For ONGC Recruitment 2025
- Eligible and interested candidates need to register their application online. Registration shall be remain open from 10 January 2025 to 24 January 2025.
- Candidates can apply for only one post per candidate.
- Candidates from the reserved category may still apply for unreserved positions if there isn’t an opening in a reserved category post. However, they will not be eligible for age relaxation.

- Mobile number and email id for OTP confirmation.
- Scanned copy of recent passport size photograph in jpg, jpeg fomat (20-50 kb).
- Scanned copy of signature in jpg, jpeg format (10-20 kb).
- Class 10th certificate for Date of birth verification.
- Degree certificate of essential qualifiction.
- Consolidated marksheet.
- Photo identity proof (Aadhaar, Pan, Voter, Driving license).
- The above mentioned files should be uploaded in PDF format with maximum size of 500 KB.
