Bihar BPSC computer teacher vacancy 2025: A very good news coming for technical background students, especially for computer science background candidates, who are preparing for Sarkari Naukri in Bihar. Now a days a hot topic in Bihar is “BPSC computer teacher vacancy” for class 6–8 (madhya vidhyalaya). And the total number of Madhya Vidhyalaya is 31,297 in Bihar.

But, recently, news came from daily newspapers like Dainik Jagran that the Bihar government is also planning to recruit “BPSC computer teacher” for classes 1–5 (Prathmik Vidhyalaya) in Bihar. And the total number of Prathmik Vidhyalayas in Bihar is 40,566. So that the total number of expected vacancies is 71,863 or more.

Bihar will be the first state to recruit computer teachers for class 6–8 and 1–5. The first phase of these vacancies is expected to come before the Bihar Vidhansabha election in 2025. In the next BPSC TRE 4.0, for 31,297 posts may be notified, and class 1–5 are under consideration.

BPSC Computer Teacher Recruitment: New Update

A new update is coming from news publisher Prabhat Khabar: computer education will be started for classes 1 to 12 from the new teaching session. And a total of 28000 computer teachers are to be appointed in middle schools.

According to information received from departmental sources, these 28000 computer teachers will be appointed on a contract basis or from the fourth phase (TRE 4.0) of BPSC teacher recruitment. The education department is under discussion in this regard. According to media reports, a big update can be released regarding this very soon.

According to Prabhat Khabar, the State Council of Educational Research and Training has been given the responsibility of preparing the syllabus for the Bihar computer teacher recruitment.

Bihar BPSC Computer Teacher Qualification (Expected)

Qualification for computer teacher class 6–8 and 1–5 has not been published officially yet. But expected eligibility for “Bihar computer teacher vacancy 2025” is:

For class 6-8:

• BSC (CS), BSC (IT), BCA, B.TECH (CS), MCA, MSC (CS), MSC (IT).
• B.TECH (Without CS): candidates must have PGDCA (From a recognized university) or A, B, C, or O level from NIELIT.
• (Minimum Qualification): Graduation (Any discipline) + PGDCA (recognized university) or A, B, C, or O level from NIELIT.

For class 1–5:

• BSC (CS), BSC (IT), BCA, B.TECH (CS), MCA, MSC (CS), MSC (IT).
• B.TECH (Without CS): candidates must have PGDCA (From a recognized university) or A, B, C, or O level from NIELIT.
• (Minimum Qualification): Graduation (Any discipline like BA, B.com, or B.sc) + PGDCA or A, B, C, or O level from NIELIT, ADCA (expected).

TET For Bihar Computer Teacher Recruitment

• Which teacher eligibility test (TET) is required for Bihar computer teacher vacancy 2025 is not officially notified yet.
• CTET, STET, and BTET are not officially decided, but chances of BTET and second paper of STET for classes 6-8 are higher. Or the commission may release other eligibility test for computer teacher recruitment.

Note: No B.ED. or DLED degree/diploma is required for the Bihar BPSC computer teacher vacancy 2025.
