Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th) or equivalent degree from a recognized board.
Driving License
- Heavy Vehicle (HMV) Or, Transport vehicle.
- Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
- Motorcycle Driving License.
- Three years experience in driving heavy vehicles, transport vehicles, light vehicles and gear motorcycles.

Selection Process For CISF Driver Recruitment
Height Bar Test
- Candidate’s whose application is provisionally accepted, will be allotted a roll number and invited to the initial stage of the recruitment process, which will consist of PET/PST, Documentation and Trade Test. These tests will be conducted at different locations. Applicants will have to undergo a Height Bar Test.
- Candidates who qualify the Height Bar Test (HBT) will then have to undergo Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and PST.
Physical Efficiency Test
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which is of qualifying nature, will be administered to those candidates who qualify in the Height Bar Test (HBT) and Physical Standard Test (PST):-

Note: The candidate has to qualify in each event of PET. If a candidate fails to qualify in any of the three events of PET, he/she will be eliminated from the recruitment process by issuing a rejection slip by the PET/PST Board and will not be allowed to participate in the next stage of the recruitment process.
Trade Test
- The candidates who qualify the Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test and Document Verification will be given the following tests.
